The package covers the nights of 10–11–12 May 2026.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All refunds will be valid only if submitted in writing to Motto Tourism.
Registration and accommodation fees will be refunded if cancellation is notified by 15 April 2026. Cancellations after this date will be refunded with a 50% deduction.
No refunds will be made for cancellations after 01 May 2026. Only name changes will be permitted.
Refunds will be processed after the congress.
